Genesis 3:15
"And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, And you shall bruise His heel.”

This obscure passage refers to Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane before his arrest when he crueshes a snake with his heel.

"Her seed" - refers to Mary - because Jesus had no eartly father.
